Nathan leads numerous large scale projects including work with an Asian sovereign wealth fund. Nathan leads development of SOLVE workforce analytics & planning software.
Yifei Wang - Consultant
At HCMI, Yifei focuses on synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing seemingly disparate data sets to uncover key workforce insights that link to business results. She formerly worked at Towers Watson focused on organizational restructuring and industry specific benchmarks which lead her towards a workforce analytics profession.
