ISO 30414:2018 Human Resource Management: Guidelines for Internal and External Human Capital Reporting is the premier international standard for human capital reporting, introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2018. It encompasses 60 key indicators across 11 categories, including organizational culture, recruitment, diversity, and leadership. This standard is widely adopted by leading nations such as those in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and is utilized by prominent global companies like Deutsche Bank for transparent human capital disclosure.

By embracing ISO 30414, Dong-A Socio Group is demonstrating leadership in aligning with international trends that prioritize human capital for sustainable business practices. This certification will allow Dong-A Socio Group to:
