Jeff Higgins, HCMI CEO, is scheduled to speak at the First SEACEN Strategic Human Resources (HR) Conference. In his presentation, Jeff will showcase HR practices that select external organizations have adopted to respond to the current accelerating pace of disruptive change in the HR landscape.
About SEACEN Strategic HR Conference
This inaugural HR Conference, consisting of an HR Seminar and Roundtable Forum, themed ‘The Strategic Role of HR in SEACEN Central Banks’, is co-hosted by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Bank Negara Malaysia. The SEACEN Directors of Training (DOT) Meeting will be held back-to-back as the targeted participants are expected to attend the preceding Conference.
The Conference is organised against the background of a wave of mega-trends impacting the global talent landscape.
