Prior to starting HCMI, Jeff  had senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Klune Industries, Countrywide Financial, IndyMac Bank, and Inform, a leading analytics software company since acquired by SuccessFactors. Jeff is on the SHRM Global Standards Committee on human capital, is a board and founding   member of the Center for Talent Reporting, and is on the PwC Saratoga Institute advisory council.
