Jeff Higgins was recently interviewed by Dr. Jac Fitzenz. They discussed the needs and the reasons for the development of HCMI’s Human Capital Disclosure Statement.
“The Human Capital Disclosure Statement features metrics and provides insights that meet 99% of requirements identified by various public and private stakeholders who call for greater human capital disclosure. HCMI is working with the ISO TC 260 Task Group on Human Capital. However, perhaps the most influential group in the world to drive change in corporate reporting would be institutional investors. We are talking to several large pension funds and other large institutional investors who are actively pushing publicly listed corporations to disclose greater information about their stated most valuable asset and source of competitive advantage ‘human capital talent’.”
